The cut material has broken places and constant places because of slight deformation caused by different forces on the cutter. Please loosen the 7 screws in the circle as shown in the following picture, and put a piece of paper that is as thick as envelope paper wherever it is cut, and then tighten the screw.

The cut material is cut continuously throughout?

 

The cut material is continuously cut continuously because of the gap between the upper and lower knives. Please loosen the upper and lower four nuts in the left and right brackets according to the following picture, and gently adjust the upper and lower four screws inward to make the upper blade closer to the lower blade. Be sure to fine-tune, and then tighten the nuts.
