The hair cutting device of a tire cutting machine includes a frame on which a driving roller and a driven roller are horizontally arranged side by side, and the distance between the driving roller and the driven roller gradually increases along the tire movement direction; The feed end of the frame is located on the outer side of the driving roller and the driven roller, respectively, is provided with a guide roller, and the discharge end of the frame is located at the end position of the driving roller is provided with an outlet slope. The sum of the lengths of the rollers is the same as the length of the driven rollers. The bottom of the frame is provided with a motor, and the output end of the motor is provided with a motor pulley. The motor pulley is connected with the driving pulley and the driven pulley through a belt, the driving pulley is connected with the driving drum, and the driven pulley is connected with the driven drum. 2.5 Structural Modular Setting
In order to meet the diverse layout requirements of wire bodies in different factories, a modular design method is adopted. The tire automatic shaver is mainly composed of three parts: the tire inlet device, the shaving body, and the tire outlet device.
1. Tire inlet device: Responsible for receiving the tire input from the upper line body, and then fall into the device to perform the tire clamping operation and other operations to prepare for the next step into the shaving body. The pneumatic control system of the whole set of equipment is also installed on the device, which reduces the equipment area.
2. Shaving the main body: The tires complete the process of shaving the rubber pillars and rubber edges inside the main body, which is the core part of the equipment. This part also contains auxiliary facilities such as the rubber crumb collecting trolley and operation panel.
3. Tire-out device: After the tyre is finished shaving, it is kicked out of the shaving body, and after the deceleration of the tire-out device, it finally falls on the line below it, and the whole process is completed.
